Just as it says, a great little tool for the aid of sinning nuts onto their respective threads. I'm thinking those orrible little fechers that hold loco bodies to their chassis. it covers 6 ba to 16 ba nuts. and here it is £ 23.00 unfortunately but ...... I think its worth the frustration ..... cheers for now toto
I could see it being a popular pastime. Nut spinning competitions. .... better take out medical insurance.
I agree, I bought a set a couple of years ago. I aslo bought some 12ba and 14ba flat spanners from Eileens Emporium. They are great for tightening plunger pick up nuts in confined spaces where the nut spinners can't get in.
That's an idea Rob. I'd Imagine they would not cost the earth either. These little tools can make life so much easier and hopefully reduce the amount of these little parts that end up in the carpet. Cheers Toto
Usually where Markits is concerned, the frustration is caused by the length of time you have to wait before He gets around to actually sending the order out! Keith.
Hmmm ...... I'll vouch for that. Sometimes quicker than others but generally ..... not th quickest. Toto
I'll second that, based on a conversation this week with Dave at Roxey; who has to order replacement stock because the last pack of 15 inch LMS buffers went to someone who shall remain nameless building his snowplough loco complete with enclosed cab, sun room and surround sound cinema lounge. My back order may take years to come through yet.
