:hismiley:`HO/OO' Shinohara Track & Pointwork Code 100 for Hornby Trains..??

My layout has a few Altas 60-degree Diamond Crossings which Hornby trains can't go over as they only take shallow wheel flanges [Ausi rolling stock ~ Auscision & SDS etc..].

Does Shinohara Track work ok with Hornby trains with deep wheel flanges..??

Peter I’ve never had a code 100 version but did have one of their earlier sissor crossings with it’s Dimond in the middle and as I recall it had fairly deep flange ways that most of the older Lima or Hornby flanges passed through ok
The later code 83 and 70 points had plastic formed insulated sections that reduced the depth but as it was 70 track wasn’t suitable for the deeper flanges anyway
Would it be worth a bit of careful use of a cutting disc to deepen the crossing V’s on the current crossings
