    G`day Folks,
Some time back I got into building my own hot wire cutters as per the link below.
    http://platform1mrc.com/p1mrc/index.php?threads/a-hot-wire-cutter.1935/
However, today I picked up a large polystyrene box on my travels, and a thought crossed my mind regarding cutting same. My cutters would struggle with this box due to their size, however a new larger table based model would handle it easily.
I mean I could cut it down with a hand saw, but the mess associated with that method makes one think there must be a better way.
Anyway this is invention due to necessity, but it is also invention on the fly as it were..........so what you sees it what you gets.
Forgot to mention in the video that the cost to build something like this is peanuts really.
I have used a Black and Decker Workmate as my base but you could do this on a table or a bench.
All will be revealed in the video
