I'm building a Dapol Scarab and I don't know what colour to paint the interior. The few photos I've seen seem to suggest a black floor and pale (white? cream?) walls but it is unclear. The seats also look dark but were they black or brown (leatherette?)
    Any thoughts very welcome. http://www.click

Pictures I have suggest the same, most look like they painted the interior the same as the cab colour with black seating. The 1:50 scale Corgi British rail is painted cream interior with black seats, floor and dash board.
I have a white metal kit in 1:43 scale to build, so l will watch with interest, post some pictures of the build please.

As Kim says, a cream interior with a black seat and floor (if my memory serves me right!)

    Cheers

    Thanks chaps
I think I'll do a mix and match. Cream for the cab, black for the footwell and maroon seats.
I'll take a few photos Kimbo, but I suspect your 1/43 kit will be a little more detailed tham my OO Dapol/Airfix
