Relegated to the departmental fleet is this bright yellow Toad van. The model is one of Bachmann's more established offerings, having been around for several years. The ever-growing demand for unusual liveries presents the ideal opportunity to serve up something different without the expense of new tooling. Also of note, this is not a limited edition so relax with realistic prices at around £13.95 but more often then not discounted to just under £12. Whilst this is not a revolutionary offering, the finish is to the usual high standards we associate with modern wagons. Although the handrails are of the older moulded type they stand out well against the yellow bodywork witch is decorated with clear markings on the data panel as are the electrical warning flashes. You may be forgiven for thinking this looks a little toy like, it is, in fact a genuine livery. The bright colours may require some weathering to give that faded look so typical among wagons left outside for months and even years in all kinds of weather.
