G`day Folks, I came up with this method just today when trying to think of a Gormo`s Shed subject for this week. Don`t know if anybody has done it this way.....they probably have....but it doesn`t matter....I`m sharing it with you lovely people anyway. So the method doesn`t involve rocket science, black magic, intense knowledge of horticulture or even much skill........all it requires is that you can find an image of a tree that takes your fancy. If the tree is the wrong size, you will have to alter the image dimensions in your particular brand of image manipulation software, or fudge it on your printer by changing the percentage setting. I leave the size to you......I know you will work it out... Once you have got that far, the rest is just cutting and gluing......easy peasy.!!! Have a look at the video for two examples knocked up in Gormo`s Shed today. Low Relief Trees http://www.clickGormo
That is an excellent idea Gormo, great video. I may just use this on the Juwair & Sajour Rail Road. Cheers, Gary.
Great idea Gormo , well done. I always think a home made product will look better than a generic shop bought one plus its unique, no one else has one! Cheer's, Pete.
Thanks Gary, Ron, Pete & Paul, Yes it`s a simple idea and I think possibly a better result could be obtained through spray adhesive for the flocking. The hairspray works fine but I think a spray adhesive would give a more robust result. http://www.clickGormo
