    Really, deep down inside, I don't mind what colour green the locos are they all look good, including the black ones, the blue ones, the maroon ones, the red ones, the yellow ones, the brown ones.... :D

    Well I think they are all impressive in the flesh,

    How come the models are never done in a glossy finish like a preserved loco...??????

    The emphasis seems to be on a satin finish and or weathered.....:scratchchin:

    I'd guess that a gloss finish on preserved loco's just helps shed the rain better than a satin finish Gormo, and don't forget, we don't have your levels of sunshine in the UK, our levels tend to be water levels from all the rain!:avatar::avatar::avatar:
