    Good Evening,
I have decided to scrap my current layout due to a mishap with building material while converting part of our barn into a laundry room for SWMBO,and have started to build a larger than B.L.T and I am looking for a drawing/drawings for a complete G.W.R Station but want a bigger station than the standardised branch line terminus.
There is an excellent book available but cannot remember the name or author but I understand that Chris Lee did something similar.

If anyone can help the library requires the book title , Author and book number.

    Thanks in advance.

    Alan [the hebridean]

    Hi Alan,
Not sure if this link helps nor how deep you want to go researching but this is one way forward

It may mean a trip to Kew via an appointment but if you find what you need their records will be so much more comprehensive than a facsimile copy taken from a book. Good luck and let us know how this project develops please as it all sounds very interesting.

    Cheers for now York Paul

The Swindon historical society in Chippenham have extensive GWR architectural drawings.
