    Hmmmmm

I can't see the images. I'll need to look into that. I am using an I Pad. Don't know if that makes any difference.

    I'll be back.

    Cheers

I have two castles both kit built from JLTRT kits plus a King from the same stable. I have a DJH Brittania built by them.
I also have a Heljan Hymek & western both detailed up using castings from JLTRT and etches from Pete Harvey.
The next steam kit will be a 9F from MOK & Falcon should be ready in the new year from Heljan.
The new O8 from Dapol looks very nice.
Here's the Hymek & Western, the teddy belongs to a mate. I'll pop some more pictures up showing the detailing soon

    Here's the Western,
I moved up the headcode box by 1.5mm, added Jltrt bogie side frames new lamp brackets pipes & couplings.
I can't take credit for the weathering that's down to Fred Lewis

What a difference these things make. I like the change of step detail in particular. Just shows the extent of the inadequacy of the factory supplied bits really.

    Nice work.

    Cheers

Here's a cracking Ariel shot showing the cramped nature of the prototype which is perfect for me as I can model or to scale.

I've knocked up some of the buildings out of foam
Board and card board to get a feel for there size, these will all be replaced by laser cut kits.
The tenements along the back will also be laser cut kits.
