Great pictures Steve :tophat:... and congratulations for being POTW with another super image of your work ... those new yard lamps look good but I'd get that Red Dragon headboard signed back into the Stores before some spotty shed bashing gricer makes off with it.:avatar:

This will become 5380, I’ve replaced the Early crest with later ones from Fox.

    Fantastic thread watching it develop.
Personally, I’m not a GWR fan - I see them in magazines and turn the page... yet.... your models I’ve enjoyed, read and digested. Wonderful... I don’t know what you do different but I LIKE it!

It never ceases to amaze me the level of detail that can be had in O gauge

But you have missed a trick!

There is no greasy rag hanging off the controls! :avatar:

Nice photos of the layout Steve, its good to see some long shots to put things in perspective.

The Finney West Country kits will be an interesting addition to the fleet.

    Cheer's, Pete.

Hi Steve, could I ask how you did the talc part on the layout? I'm using it on mine to give texture to the platform top but it doesn't seem to want to stick? Any tips would be useful mate!

    Cheer's, Pete.

I add the talc over glue and then soak, that option won’t work on yours,
I would sprinkle lightly over wet paint like you are dusting icing sugar over a cake.
