I will keep posting up build pictures of the shed I'm just taking a little break from painting, all these builds are in O gauge and most of the kits are available in 4mm scale as well.
This shed is from the timber tracks range, it was a special commission for my customer but I've been told that it will be joining the kit range.

Another great build. I tried the site but only partial success. It takes you to a catologue but doesn't let you view the products.

No matter, I can see them here.

    Nicely done

    Hi Steve,

thats an impressive range but very pricey. £1200.00 for a laser cut building, even at a metre long...... wow.

Tempted with some of the goods shed.

    cheers

    Hi Toto
Had success viewing down in Oz lots of photos and info on each kit.
Here's the link to the 4mm Page for Timber tracks
    http://www.timbertracks.co.uk/index.php?route=product/category&path=1_2
That was working for me only page I couldn't get was the work bench page on their site

Steve seeing the prices of the built/commission build structures "wow" keep building, I wish people down under that wanted models built would be prepared to pay a fair price like they seem to do in the UK. I constantly get asked to build models but they expect you to do it for peanuts. Or as one recently said to me build this for me you must have plenty of free time it'll give you some thing to do "Wanted a freebie"
And being in "Our" situation we need to get a fair value for our labor time so we can put food on the table.

Again Steve great work on the builds keep the updates coming it inspiring to see the structures rise.

Steve the quality of your work you should be.:worship:

It's a strange world a "hobbyist" who just wants to plonk a train on the track will pay big $$ ££ for something every one else has RTR but they don't want to pay for someone to build a bespoke model that is unique.

Our native NSWGR 50 class locos have just been produced as a RTR in HO scale at $895 Australian and they have sold really well
A DJH kit has been available at $300 for over 15 years in that time I had request after request to build paint and fit DCC to kits, I would do it for the cost of the kit or supply a second kit, works out an hourly rate of about $2.50au  and would often get people saying not paying that much. Now I'm getting the same people asking if I want to buy there unbuilt kit as they have, after 10 years or so got a RTR one so don't need the kit.
Have never really understood these peoples thinking.

They don't go to their jobs every day and work for nothing.
So why do they think that we should build Sorry work for them for nothing, just because it's a hobby item, when they will pay Mr Bachmann to do it.

Steve, your services are worth a lot more you have proven quality builds and something most haven't front cover Magazine cred.:avatar:

Ps don't get me wrong I have a lot of RTR stuff in all scales but you don't quite get the same satisfaction that you get with a home build, when you are able to just plonk it on the track as it came in the box.

    Hi Steve,

I was looking at their Weymouth goods shed. It looks like it's 1200.00 for the kit.

May be wrong but that's how it was reading. They say they have a fully built and painted one in the completed builds section ( which I couldn't see ) but did not give a price.

Not that I could afford them anyway ( it would be divorce ) :avatar:

Some of their other smaller kits though would not be ruled out.

    They are fantastic kits.

    Thanks for the link.

    Toto
