This Sunday (7.1.18) at 8pm on Channel 4 a new series starts in which a team of enthusiasts attempt to build the longest model railway in history, 71 miles from Scotlands East coast to the West coast.It looks like Gauge 1 or larger having seen a trailer tonight but should be interesting?? I saw some shorts for this Ron and it looked quite interesting and using a live stream loco as well may be a while before we get to see it down under though.

You may recall me posting a 7mm scale work of art a few weeks ago (Here) Nick Dunhill the gent that built it was one of the many volunteers on the project. It sounds like he had loads of fun.
