I went to order two small sets and two medium sets and they doubled the postage. I didn't bother. Very handy though.

it wouldn't cost them twice the price. Its only £2.00 but they could probably still post two sets in one parcel for the same amount. they are only small pieces and made mostly of plastic. Its really just the principle but it smacks of opportunism.

very handy products all the same. maybe once under the influence of many brandies and feeling a bit vunerable. :avatar:

thanks for posting up though as they look a good product.

    cheers

I'm with you Toto. Looks like a great product but I just cannot stand obvious rip offs!

    Cheers

I like them but if they are going to rip you off with postage then no. Any way I have used one of Gary's tips and bought some Lego blocks to make square corner jigs. If I can get some thin flat steel sheet, I will glue some to the Lego and use some magnets to hold whatever I'm gluing in place.

I have seen something very similar by a well known manufacturer for an even higher price! (don't even mention p&p)
This gives me an idea for a simple alternative

I need to get a chinese order on the go for some magnets then I can experiment

    Watch this space..........
