Thank you for the warm welcome guys much appreciated .yes i was raised In stoke on Trent until we left for America in 1968.I have always had a passion for m modeling of any kind and have a rather large collection of kits . I also have a OO model railway in my basement on which I used buildings from all over the area where i used to live , which I scratch built .Modeling OO railways here is a rather lonely hobby so i am very happy to have been accepted by this club and I hope to be able to contribute something and also learn a lot and have some good chats

Hi Martin For photo's upload them from your phone into the Media section first, then when in a post clicking on the Camera Icon will bring up your photo album. For video's, we tend to upload them to youtube - let them pay for the storage , click on share and copy the link, then use the film icon to insert the link into the post. Paul
G'day Martin, Welcome aboard from a warm, muggy Sydney. Looking forward to your modelling and the impending video of what you have been up to. Enjoy the camaraderie and banter that is P1MRC. Cheers, Gary.
You can upload direct from your phone to a post, just use the upload file button below. It will then give you the option to add a thumb nail to a post or a full image... however, make sure you click back in to your post where you want the photo to go, otherwise it will default to the top of the post.
From one Knotty man to another welcome and from one of the the scratch builders and a regular poster here ... I may well surprise you next year with a very special build which will be right up your street or as they say in Stoke "reet up thee strayt duck"
You should see Martins model Of Cheddleton! And the signal Box (no not the Elton one, the original Cheddleton crossing box!)
OO.. I’m sure Martin will be along shortly to post. He sent me a video the other day of his 24 cantering round.. I did him the original photos for his drawing. There is a bit or artistic licensing, but you can tell where it is!
