    Based near Cardiff.
    Garage under renovation.
    Layout design is up to Revision 46. Hopefully I will get the (nearly) final design by the time I get baseboard materials in.

    Here for 6 months a year over 2/3 couple of visits.
    Therefore slow progress on garage.
