Just think, if you get the position at Sellafield, Hattons is only 155 miles down the road ! :mutley2:

Cheers, Gary.

G`day Toto,

Just trying to catch up with the goings on.........holey moley mate!!!.....that`s one wee ripper of a baseboard.

If you get sick of model railways, just turn it upside down and you can use it as a boat..!!!!

A quality build my friend.......well worth the effort.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Hi chaps,

Back from Sellafield. The feedback from the interview was excellent. We are now in a posturing position for " agreeing a package " which should be officially turned into an offer of employment.

It could still go sour yet but hopefully their offer will reflect the current market and let us reach an agreement. The job sounds good.

Gormo,

The baseboard is very robust. Baseboard two will need to be the same. I hope to start on that tomorrow. My Y point has arrived so I will be able to lay the track out loose to see if it works.

I'll post up some photos as usual .

Cheers for now.

Toto

Hi Ron,

It means travelling down on a Monday and back up on a Friday. Same routine that I currently do. I have a further three interviews next week with a potential for more. The phone hasn't stopped ringing. Not a bad position to be in. Also a reasonable chance of work on my doorstep which means getting home through the week should the terms be agreeable.

The market is buzzing at the moment.

Cheers

Toto.

G`day Toto,

Good luck with the interviews / jobs. It`s a waiting game but at least you have the luxury of choice.

An enviable position to be in. Actually all this discussion about Sellafield, I was wondering whether you were going to sell off some real estate ( Sell a field ) or indeed follow a different career path into the estate business. Silly me......I was wrong again!!!!!:whatever::whatever::whatever::whatever:.

Yes,

A couple of nice little greenfield sites in the middle of a Edinburgh would raise a few loco tokens. :avatar:

Unfortunately not Gormo. I wish.

Cheers
