Hey
Some of you might have seen pictures of my layout in the Märklin exhibition thread.
I thought I'd up load some more.
The layout is 3000mm long and 700-900mm Deep.Took about 8 months to build it, was mostly completed in 2012 (they're never finished)
I'm looking at either doubling the length of this layout, or reusing a lot of the items to build a completely new layout.
I'll be in Newcastle this weekend for the exhibition if anyone wants to come have a look and a chat.If you want any more pictures of the layout just ask and I'll try and grab some this weekend.
I have a nice collection of locos, so if there's any loco you fancy you'd like to see working just put it in here.
Also, if anyone gets the inside joke behind the name please let me know. :)

Phil, that's a very pretty layout you've built, very nice indeed. I like the way the track flows through the scenery.

All the best,

Mark.

You are possibly right it's also probably the only N scale layout of British outline currently on the Exhibition scene in Sydney.

It truly is a quality layout, no It's a "Model Railway" one of those ones that you have to ask is that really "N", when you see it in photos.

Great work keep the photos coming

Ps Loch don't forget to collect the 10na from Phill when you see him on Sunday

It is indeed, from my favourite movie, and the trivia behind the use of the name in that movie is even more brilliant.

I thinks theres also a modular layout floating around, but I think it's more of a racetrack than an actual layout

Yeah I was curious as to how many British Railway modellers lived on the Coast.
My father and I have been considering hosting an exhibition here for some time.
I think I might have a little table with things for sale on it so you can put some flyers on there if you want.
