      <content:encoded><![CDATA[My first layout &#039;Greetham&#039; had been to just over 100 model railway shows and it was getting tired, I knew that it would not be long before it would be relegated to memory and when the decision was finally made it seemed quite sad. I had been asked quite often when the next layout would be ready and silly me I made a commitment to have a new layout for the AMRA NSW show in September 2001. I had plenty of time as the show was some months away...well, as they say the best laid plans..I was down...<br />

A bit more news regarding Narrow Gauge Garden Railways. We have been given a section of land for our Cornish Narrow Gauge Garden Railway Group, at Moseley Toy and Train Museum at Tolgus near Redruth in Cornwall.<br />
Ground work will hopefully  commence in March 2020. This will be a permanent site similar to Butterly in Derbyshire but with our own design.<br />
Once built everyone will be welcome there is a cafe on site where teas, coffees and biscuits can be purchased and run by...<br />

I have in my possession a 7.25 Druid R/C ride on locomotive with a 4 seater carriage a riding truck and guards brake truck. With roughly 140ft of track plus 2 points. The track is portable so can attend events,eventually with a permanent track hopefully being laid at Mosely Railway and Toy Museum  near Redruth in Cornwall. They also have a narrow railway 2ft gauge in operation, running Mondays Thursdays and Sunday&#039;s Inc Bank Holidays. Thought I would post this up as...<br />

Just an update on what we are up to  with our own Garden Railway during this coronoavirus outbreak As we cant work at Moseley.Toy  and Train Heritage Museum as its closed  My partner has decided to alter our quarry line.Done away with the incline and laid track flat on the concrete.  There will be shutes made to unload Serpentine and Sand and Gravel. There will be a video of our alteration once I know how to download it on here. I think also it will be on Youtube I  will post more...<br />

PW Staff, Guards, Platform Staff we have Drivers But will teach people to become Drivers all under supervision HSE Standards will be  in  force Like any miniature railway or the real thing. Especially at shows and Rallies.<br />

An update on my carriage shed build, we have printed the Window frames on our 3d printer, three have been painted but not yet fitted the other has just finished printing, all that needs doing now is to take off  the residue of PLA and painting and the glazing fitted then they will be ready to glue in place.The shed itself will be painted inside and out the inner platform to fit and lighting. Well we have just arrived back from a 4 Day Heritage Show at Mosely Museum at Redruth with our portable garden railway. It turned out a great success with the General Public and Management.  Possibly have also gained 2 more members to our Cornish Group but will have to wait and see. Our next major show is in October the 26th at the Matford Centre in Exeter.
