It's a AS186 compressor, available under many names, and has a reservoir tank.

My normal spray pressure is between 10 & 20 psi (0.6 to 1.2 Bar).

Recently I noticed it running hot, but more importantly the compressor was running continuously.
The compressor has a pressure switch, when the cylinder pressure drops below 3.0 Bar the compressor switches on, and switches off when the reaches 4.0...

I've had a colour called Deck Tan 986 on order from a UK supplier now for several weeks who has said they are awaiting restocks of Vallejo Products and the internet suppliers are also appearing now to be running out of certain colours.
