Hi Thanks for your welcome. I model in oo, mostly in 1950's era, upgrading and kitbuilding locomotives, with some scratch building as well. Currently I am investigating a Judith Edge kit of a SR 11001 diesel shunter which has been awaiting my attention for a couple of years, and which I hope to be starting soon.
Bruce and a warm welcome to the forum. Great to have you onboard, and I'm sure you'll find plenty of interest, plus hopefully you'll share some of your experiences. Once again welcome to the forum Paul
Welcome to the forum Bruce, just recently completed the same Bulleid shunter 11001 kit that you're about to start, now moving into "0" gauge with a Connoisseur '02' kit. Keith.
G`day Bruce and welcome to the forum, I hope you enjoy you journey with us. Gormo ........Sydney Australia
G'day Bruce, Welcome aboard from sunny Sydney. As you have already found out, P1MRC is a friendly place with a wealth of experience and knowledge throughout ! Enjoy the camaraderie and banter that makes this group great !! Cheers, Gary.
Hi Kim, I've now nearly finished my Judith Edge kit, and would like to post some pictures and description, but can't see how to start a new post. Please give me some pointers, thanks, Bruce
Hi Bruce, If you haven't heard from Kimbo, check out the links on the home page, top left. This should get you sorted. Cheers, Gary.
Hi Bruce, sorry been away for a few days. As Gary has pointed you in the right direction you should hopefully be able to load up some pictures, if not or if you need any help just let us know. Looking forward to seeing your diesel Shunter build. Kim
Hello Kimbo, evidently I'm not adding a new post in the right way. I've tried adding to my gallery, with a description attached, but the pictures are cropped, so information is lost. Presumably there's another way of doing it, as per your "Another Judith Edge kit" post, for example.
Hi Bruce, if you've successfully uploaded photos to your gallery, you can put them into your post by clicking on the little camera icon at the top of the reply box. Just click enter to place the photo below your text. Also click enter before adding another photo. Cheers, Pete.
