Gheck the jar used to blacken the axles, there not in my one I've just checked. Found the caliper, and nope it wasn't in the blackening jar.

Had a nice easy Bank Holiday Monday making up the drive linkages for the Silvertown lubricators for the 9F, now the driver's side lubricator is a 12 feed whilst the fireman's side is a 16 feed one... both these resin prints are from Floyd Krammer and the lost wax drive links from Ragstone.

Just a dry fit currently for the 16 feed lubricator and linkage as the remaining motion rods need fitting and setting up as yet... but slowly the box of in store bits purchased eons ago are getting used up. I've also fitted plastic brake blocks from MOK as the original Scorpio ones were just a too close fit for comfort.

If you plan to solder the other ends to the inside of the frames, don't do as I did and use coated copper wire.... I had to burn off the coating before the blessed solder would stick.

just solder them to a strip of copper clad or similar and hang them over the chassis and just a dab of s/glue on the frames
    (in case of removal)
