Thanks for all the welcomes! Started playing with Triang about 50 years ago and now that I'm retired, just getting back into model railways. I'm very interested in narrow gauge, Australian and English prototypes
The beauty of narrow gauge now, is there are so many scales and gauges to work with, which takes your fancy ? Paul

I don't have a lot of room, and I do have some N scale locos and rolling stock that I can use to get going I'm playing with Anyrail 6 at the moment, a single loop with sidings and a run around. I really like the idea of a loop divided by a flat like Daniel's "Steve's Follie". Another option is a point to point with a turntable, or even better, a triangle. I was happy to find that Hattons stock Peco OO9 track and some rolling stock. Soon as I settle on a layout I'll order some of that. Then I have a LOT to learn about scenery construction....
We have a few resident experts on scenery on the forum. Gary and Marty to name two. Marty models in N Gauge as well/ Have a look at his Newcastle Emyln layout. Superb. Looking forward to see where you take us. cheers Toto
