    All depending on how good the face is, I can either pull it into the foreground, turn it to take the best of a profile, or if the model's face is just terrible concentrate on the back or use it in the crowd.

    I remember seeing a friend at a night club and he was hobbling around, after commiserating with him I asked had he taken a tumble on the dance floor, and he grinned and so no.
    He had been down the King's Road (London) meeting other punks, showing off his clothes'. He usually wore a pair of tartan trousers with a knee strap. When a 'friendly' fight had broken out, being a martial arts black belt he had tried to show off and jumped in the air in order to kick something a 'friend' was holding, mid jump the awful thought his legs were tied to gather at the knees occurred to him, but it was too late and he could not land properly and ended up on his arxe. He was quite amused by it, and said he was now practising at his club on mats to try and work out a jump that would not make him look like a prat whilst his knees were tied together. To my knowledge he did not actually achieve it, but the mental image everytime i saw him, of him jumping up to show how to kick someones head in a split second before he fell on his arze always made me smile, and he would always cuff me around the ear, because he knew what i was laughing at LOL.

    My other half when I first met him also had a pair of tall Dr Martin boots, jeans rolled to a love his boots and some great punk T shirts and braces. And this cute fingerless red wool gloves. A tribute to the original Punks, I knew and loved.His day job made him look quite normal :)

    FYI I was NEVER a punk, more an art college New Romantic, Adam Ant originally being more my style than Eton Rifles :)

    Never a punk either, more of a rocker, but did have hair issues, as my hair got longer, it started to curl, so while i'm frantically trying to remove ringlets forming my Mum's spending a fortune at the hairdressers each week getting them put in :giggle:

    And then getting the jibes of my Dad of being a long haired lout, which stopped when the wind blew the other way and his comb over proved to be longer than my hair - game changer for both us, that and a trip to the barbers :avatar:

    Great photos Jaz :thumbup::thumbup: like the dog are they Airfix figures? .. ref the hair I've still got my quiff .. in fact I've got 3 .. one on my head, one in my ears and one up my nose.

    My uncle used to have short hair with a fringe, his daughter had been pestering her Mum for ages to get her hair cut shorter, so after the trip to the hairdressers she comes bounding into the house to show off her new style, with a straight fringe across the front.
    My uncle says "thats great you've got a hair cut just like mine" - to which she burst into to tears - "I don't want a hole in the middle" - what a welcome to middle age :avatar:
