A big platform1 to you from Edinburgh. Glad you decided to join us. Get bedded in, grab a beer and have a look through the various forums and see what takes your interest. When you are ready, come back and tell us a bit about yourself. I hope you enjoy your stay with us. Cheers for now Toto
Thanks for the Warm Welcome. This hobby has been in my life since I can remember. The last few tears were rather bleak in getting hobby time in....job...house...etc., but this is an attempt to get back into the swing of things. Sitting in the US viewing, learning and watching Australian and British method/s is quite interesting and very much different from anything already accustomed towards in all experiences. The approach to layout size and styles of trains vary greatly. HO scale is the better half of my collection- consisting of locomotives and rolling stock from the 1960's and newer. N scale is where my leanings are collecting for the return to this venture. Currently my house lacks a layout, but my childhood layout is still at the Parents house. We share and play with on a regular basis. They only live in the next city over, a few miles down the road. Once the forum is better learned and understood, pictures and videos will be shared. Hopefully it will be well received by all and helps to spark some more of the ingenuity seen so far. More later. TRBanar

This just a test ..to see if my brain cell can remember how to post. Still learning the site, but have to admit that some of the track work and fabrication is going to a tough crowd to hang with. Anyway back to learning. Hopefully a picture is in there....it will eventually be my avatar...eventually. Attached files
I'll take whopper-jawed, gotta admit it's there- sideways- but there. Let the slow motion games begin.

See you round the site My way I did .

Thanks to all that are responding here. It's been a few fun hours of reading in the middle of the night. A fight with sideways pics.....getting closer to better, got my avatar straight! Thanks in advance for those trying to remember how to make posted pics right, the help is very much appreciated. Working on getting more pics posted about my train board. Started a post "presenting Banarville" Items may come a little slower than other posts, have to post from my iPhone 7+, my MacBook is pretty stubborn about giving up pics. Oh well, more to come.
