    If that's in UK Pounds, then I'll learn to live with a static one. That sort of money will buy me a small fleet of locomotives!

    Good morning Giles,
    Love your modelling skills especially your Garratt, That has always been my dream to own a Garratt in 16mm scale, a friend of ours built one from scratch which is a K1. When We had a meeting he said if I was a good girl he may sell it to me, but not sure about that as he built it for his grand children and never been in steam since it was built.

    Hi Gloria I noticed that it was also the same loco and very nice it is too. Now I'm not sure how soon you may get a reply from this member since his last log in on here was 8th August 2019... some time ago now so he may not even have seen your comments re the K1 Garrett loco. You could try messaging him via PM as this will ping on his email with a notification, beyond that I don't think anymore could be done. :thumbs:
