    I was in the local Aldi a few days ago and was looking at some spray cans of metallic paint, Gold, Copper and Silver amongst them, when I spotted a can of the same brand of "Concrete Effect" spray amongst them! I didn't go for it as I'm not in need of this finish presently so I've no idea what the finished effect looks like, but wether it's just a paint, or has some kind of additive to give a rougher finish I don't know, wether it's worth a punt if anyone has need of this kind of finish.......

    Now that this shed diorama is getting closer to completion I have my sights on the next project which may well include building a garden test roundy roundy. I`ve been taken with using phones and ipads as remote wifi controllers. All my DCC control systems are NCE so discovering the NCE USB interface unit has enabled me to add `wifi` control via my NCE powercab using Decoder Pro and Engine Driver Apps.

    So there is still life left in the old codger yet.....................
