    The exhaust puffing is still a work in progress, I like it and I think it adds to the loco. Took a long time to install it, with 12 wires installed between loco and tender :facepalm:. But once I get an idea in my head I have to see it through.

    Hi Kimbo,

    Can you confirm the Slater reference numbers for the wheels for this loco build please.

    I have been looking at 5' 1" bullheid boxpok for the loco ( slaters Ref 7860 ) and 3' 7" bullheid Pacific boxpok tender wheels ( slaters Ref 7844 ).

    I need two sets of 6 one for the Ace and one for the MOK.

    I'm pretty sure I am looking at the right thing but just to confirm before purchasing.

    Toto, I’ve just checked the thread and on the first few pictures you can see the slaters wheels in their packets....just wanted to be 100 % sure.(are you ordering the wheel sets for “THE OTHER Q1” ) as well as the MOK Q1 :avatar:

    Hi Kimbo thanks.

    I may just order one set for now and get a second set when I do the second kit. They work out at about £95.00 per loco so it's a lot to have sitting ina stock box if you don't need them right away.

    I can see the Q1 being done in the hear future so I want one set available from stock. The big question is ...... which one will I do first. :avatar:

    I'm gagging to have a go at the MOK version.
