I built this model a long time ago for a stalled project, I used the same method of construction as the coal office, but I didn,t complete it.

As you can probably see time hasn,t been kind to it, the shell has bowed but I think it could be pulled back into line.

The roof and some of the paper roof tiles have started lifting, after taking these photos I have re-glued and clamped them down again, I will update later.

Thats it for now, I have found the chimneys I bought for it and once the glue has dried (its upside down at the moment) I will fit them and paint them.

I can feel the project restarting .

    Cheers, Pete.

...and in your other thread you were doubting your ability on the building of this ??

This is another great model. With the little tidy ups that need doing, this will be a superb model.

Great work Pete, keep more coming.

    Cheers, Gary.

I have made some capping stones for the chimney stacks so I will fit and paint those then fit the chimneys I bought for the job, but thats for next time.
    Cheers, Pete.

    That's a beauty Pete.
Is the weatherboard bay window on the left of the platform side meant to be an integral signal box?

    cheers
