Not sure if anyone has tried this “glue” out before on the forum, so forgive me if it’s been mentioned before.

There have been a few adverts for it on tv over the last few months and on a recent visit to Aldi low and behold they had it on offer, so I thought why not give it a go.....I paid $24.95 ($29.95 rrp Australia) for the set which includes 1x 4gram “glue” container , 1 x UV light with battery and a nice tin box with full instructions

It’s applied in small amounts like a glue, but once the UV light is applied it sets in a second like a plastic. Amazing stuff and very strong. 4 grams is said to give 200 applications, but we are talking very small blobs of glue here to reach this amount.
So what have I used it on.....well a pair of expensive sun glasses with a broken arm was the first victim, now some 10 weeks on, still good.
But where I find it really useful is for all those small parts that come adrift from models that never seem to glue up properly with super glue and if they do the odd minor knock and they break off again...I’m thinking white metal vacuum pipes here....I’ve now repaired a few with out the need of the soldering iron and then the inevitable paint touch up.
I’ve even used it for forming a small head on salt water fly tying !

I’ve just received a refill set which includes 2 x 4g “glue” containers but no UV as you can remove the old “glue” tube from the applicator and add a replacement, and if you need to replace the battery this can also be removed by removing 4 small screws (I’ve not had to replace mine yet).
Here in WA these 2 4g tubes cost me $29.95 with free shipping and it seems the more tubes you buy the cheaper they are.

A quick search on the web gives this site for UK buyers, but I’m sure there’s more places to buy it from.

Here in WA I got my replacements from:-

    (No connection with either supplier)
