    Most of the work is in modifying the motor.

    Very Important - the Ringfield motor was modified as in article 12, failure to do so can destroy a decoder.

    Rails RoS-6D

    Connecting wires for the track power and the motor were soldered to the pins of the RoS-6D and the two extra pins cropped off.

    Decoder pins insulated with unshrunk heat shrink sleeving to prevent shorting to each other and the motor housing, they also provide some strain relief for the wires.

    Chassis track power connection via a 6BA solder tag under the motion plate retaining screw.

    Decoder attached to the motor housing by a double sided sticky pad.

    Heat shrink sleeving of the wire connecting to collector plate is shown prior to shrinking.
