Hello Platform 1! David here; still alive, in case anyone's wondering where I've got to! Anyway... A selection of shots taken during an outing on Wednesday 15th June 2016, to Abergele & Pensarn. The reason for the visit? To catch LNER/BR A3 60103 Flying Scotsman making her was along the North Wales Coast to Holyhead, with the Cathedrals/Emerald Isle Express in tow. I present a small selection of shots and video taken of the charter (also featuring West Coast Railways 47237), as well as DBS 67008 on the Manchester to Holyhead ATW loco hauled diagram.
