If anyone like me, who is not a GWR person, has no books on that peculiar railway, but wants to get one, I can recommend The Great Western Railway 150 Glorious Years. I picked up a copy from the local Op Shop a couple of years ago on the off chance it might be worth having (it was only $2.00) and it very quickly found a permanent place on my bookshelf.
