This aint fair, thats the standard of work he produces with a bad back, I'd like to be able to do that standard without being impeded.
    Looking really good mate.

    Thanks Guys....you are very kind.
The thing is.......you can all do this.......whether you would want to take it on is up to you .....but it just takes time and patience and some tools or improvised tools. Then you need to practice a little on scrap pieces to get the feel for it and away you go. This method would also be ideal for roadways and there`s no scribing involved.???
I might do a tutorial later on when things settle in a bit better and I am able to sit for longer.
Gary did visit today with a delivery of flush glazing, for my class 33, which he bundled in with one of his orders to save me some grief......well done mate....much appreciated. I also got to see Garys O Gauge Lima Class 33. Aaah!!!!... O Gauge......the size is much better for older eyes and hands......pity it`s so expensive.....Oh well.....gotta win that lottery !!! and then it`s a new house, new big shed and O Gauge....Yeah you betcha baby !!!!!
Did you get any bargains at Woodpecker Gary??????

Indeed I did get some bargains. Well you would call them bargains when your dealing with Woodpecker ! I picked up 3 x Bachmann 40 Tonne Sealion ballast wagons at $40.00 each/£19.20 (normally $48.00/£23.00) and a few Base Toys trucks. The trucks were 3 for $25.00. The bargains are not bad really, when you compare them to Hattons prices, then attach postage cost. ;)

I also purchased a jar of Hornby Rail Colour 405 GWR/BR Green for the repainting of the O gauge Class 33, and a tube of Labelle 106, plastic compatible grease. But they weren't part of the bargain... :whatever:

    Cheers, Gary.

    G`day Gary,
That sounds alright mate.....a bargain is a bargain.
Sounds like some loco maintenance coming on.
By the way Gary....here`s a maintenance promo video from Labelle. The guy services a loco about half way through..(2mins 40 secs)

And here`s a link to their website....you may find some useful info on there.

    OK Folks,

I appear to be having an issue with placing a YouTube video in here. It might be me or it might be the system.?? This is my second go using Firefox this time, Chrome the first, and it`s still a no go.!

Doesn`t matter......there`s more than one way to boil an egg!!!

Here`s the latest gormoVision production from Gormo`s Eng. Dept. Garage Studios.

Just watched the video Gormo, well executed. Very good instruction. You are right about the subtle colours. They can be seen but only just. Not to vivid.
    Great job.

    Hi Gormo,

It's one more thing that I haven't yet done. It all takes time. The YouTube button needs some updates. In the meantime use the f Flash button, like this:

    That is really impressive Gormo

The real thing has wider gaps than that, and they dont use baseboards.

    Weldone sir.
