I’ve sprayed the interiors an off white colour as a few of the photos I have show a light interior. There’s also reference to a sickly yellow colour been used on some of the interiors. I think this should help to show up the detailing of the interiors when the roof goes on.

Once the white had dried off I masked up the wagons to hopefully protect the interior from the body colour. The CPL version will be painted in the brown livery, which is more an earth colour than a chocolate brown colour, and the WEP version will be in lake crimson.

so the CPL version has had its first coat of paint.

on to the WEP model next……..

Progress continues on the CPL version.

main ramp has had the chains fitted and I’ve managed to add some fine elastic which does add tension to them.

A little more progress today. His lordships pride and joy has had some leg protection added and a cosy rug to keep him warm. I’ve also made up some straw bales which will hide the securing nut which holds the chassis to the body.

Well the old saying “ask and you shall receive “ , has come true for me, over 2 1/2 years ago I asked modelu3d if they could /would supply scale horses and figures to complete my horse box builds. Today I received an email from Alan saying I could now complete my models as they have now listed the horses and figures on the web site. :headbanger:
