Been thinking (I know it's Dangerous) of a way you could make the wagon drop operational
Opening is easy just needs a trip pin but, closing needs the flap closing as the trip pin is open,
I was thinking to push up the flap you could use a section of fishing line to push it up as the the trip pin pulls the latch across when pulling back off the drop after the unload
The line should be flexible enough for the wagon to pass over without incident but should be stiff enough to push up the flap on the under side
With a bit of carful placement you may be able to only use the one trip pin as on the push onto the drop the latch pushes past the pin so with a bit of luck will be just enough past the point of the fishing line similarly when pulling back off the latch is pushed in the other direction and may just give that small amount past the drop point required to get the door up above the latch before it snaps closed as it releases from the trip pin :scratchchin: really thinking now giving away my set of hoppers was a mistake as would have been interested in experimenting with this:faint: looking forward to your solution to this Ian:thumbup:

Really like what you have been able to come up with Ian using the parts from the free down loads:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:
