    You have a point Gary. Gapping is something I've experienced - it just takes a little more work to overcome and there's been some tweaking on my layout since. I still prefer laser cut over cardboard for Brief Encounter as it gave me more of a blank canvas for the paint - that together with rigidity and weight all added up for me.
