    Looking good Matt :)

    I really must get around to building an etched kit, been saying that for decades, still haven't built those I bought in the 70's or was it the 80's!

    Just bought a Judith Edge Conflat P, oh dear :whatever:

    That looks an interesting kit Jim. Not a wagon I'm familiar with (or had ever heard of before). Whereabouts were they used? I've never heard of Condor trains either until now.

    Hi Matt, I think they were only used in the early Condor express container trains, converted from plate wagons, but then supereceded by longer wagons derived from old coach chassis, not long afterwards the British Railways containers were superceded by the European ISO containers in global use ever since.

    The image at the start of the video is not Condor, as they were insulated fish containers badged with Birds Eye livery mounted on Conflat B wagons.

    And there was me thinking the Bachmann model was quite good, so what are the improvements you are making :scratchchin:

    Glazing, replacement buffers and bogies, new handrails and a representation of the sheeted sides.
