    I find the US loco's are like sound boxes!! Agreed about blowers, he had a Nottingham bus named after him today!!

    I used acrylics Gary, there is a mix on the layout with some enamels.
    Looking at some wood today to sort a backdrop and plan some buildings.
    I know I need point motors and some decoders but cash is in short supply at the moment due to SWMBO'd buying a load of stuff for the house!!

    On my Lazarus track I sprayed it with Railmatch track and sleeper grime, its all the same colour but I will paint the rail sides with their rust enamel paint, hopefully it will look as good as yours Ron :thumbup:.

    Yup Pete, sleeper grime to do next when I've sorted the exact placings for a crossing and some buildings (Yet to get!)
    Been to the DIY store for some 6mm MDF for the back scene, next job!!
