    Trouble at mill!!
After nearly a year I found there was a small leak in the shed roof, only noticed due to the discolouration of the platform surface and backscene. It seems (yet to prove!) that a screw used to fix the light fitting must have penetrated the roofing felt and allowed a small amount of rainwater to run down the ceiling bearer to the backscene! I have removed all the screws and dropped the bearer so as to check next time it rains exactly where the problem is. what pain!!

Not good Ron but at least you know where it's coming from
Hopefully note too much underlying damage
Best of luck with the repairs

UPDATE: The leak has been sorted (it was a screw which had penetrated the roof!!).
A new platform section is being glued (under drill!) and the back scene slightly altered.
and finally a few new views of the layout.

Great looking layout. I love the ice cream van scene. Very lucky you caught the leak before too much damage was done.
