cant think why.
And ..... here is the mould taken apart ......
One of the pieces cracked but trhat happened whilst I was seperating the mould so the actual former is ok.
The other half. You can see the other part of the cracked master still sitting in place.
and the mastrers are taken out ......
and reveal the succesfully cvompleted mould.
Time for gates and vents to be added.
and then I have prepared mould number two for " cooking "
i will test the first mould with a couple of whitemetal spins tomorrow. Meanwhile mould number two hits the oven.
Great show Toto, the indents look very sharp and will make a crisp casting.
That was my first impression too. See what I did there? Impression eh eh? fnark fnark
Great show old boy... tally ho there that man
now we just need to see the casts - no pressure then ( what's the betting he makes some poor excuse of being away working, then having to go to Telford at the weekend - next he'll tell Lulu ate his home work )
Looking very good, are you needing any more masters printing for the next moulds ?
One of the dodgy class 25 cab fronts ( again ) would be good. In fact safety in numbers ..... make it two.
I gather you really mean the class 24 desk with the struts as the cab fronts are in brass.
That's the one.
OK will print up some more
