    Comming along nicely Ian.

For drain pipes I have used spagettii, normally painted black, then before sticking in place, drawer a black horizontal line approx 3mm wide every 24 mm to represent 6 ft drain pipes and stick the spagettii up the middle.

Baseboard C (2 x 50cm x25cm) assembled prior to varnishing (now completed) and joining ready for the track layout and positioning of station building and goods shed... once satisfied with that I can assemble the platform ... ole':xmas-wave:

Omitted to mention they will also get a cardboard/cork overlay (5€ pinboard) which will be both varnished and painted ... now I can have mi vino tinto:facepalm:

That looks Interesting Ian :) Just to let you know mate we now have a new gallery to upload your Images to  At the top of the home page OR at the bottom of every other page . . on the right hand side you will see a menu list. On that list you will see a ' Photo Gallery ' button and a 'Add photos ' Button. . . Click on the Add photos button and upload your NEW photos into your gallery. ( leave your old ones where they are so they still link in your posts ) now when you open the reply box and want to insert a photo click the 'G' button on the right of the menu bar above the text box. this opens your gallery images so you can insert in to your posts

    Hope this helps ! ch

    Cheers

The new track plan is designed so that I only have 3 tracks to line up in the centre. The layout will consist of 2 boards each measuring 130cm long consisting at each end 1 x 80 cm and 1 x 50cm long board permanently joined. Well that's the theory.... but then again it was 2 bottles of tinto away...!

Just a quick update on St Michael, I've treated myself with the money Santa left and ordered a Mainline J72 (black) and another Airfix 4F. Not exactly state of the art but I like them as they're better detailed than my old Tri-ang stuff but still retain a tinge of nostalgia (pictures when they arrive).
