I love neat and tidy. Call me OCD but it makes things just that little bit easier! It might be a good idea to share how we keep stuff neat and tidy in a thread?

I was on the job this morning putting together one of the missus' new additions. It's a nail polish rack. My request to pinch it for use as a paint rack was promptly denied.

Anyway, it would easily fit 40 or so pots of paint or any other small containers.

Not a bad price. Shelf internal width 37mm. Not sure how wide the bigger pots are?

I just picked up a free desk for my man cave. I'm going to start building it up into a workbench. I can't tell you how excited I am about this! I haven't been in a permanent location for more than 12 months of the last 6 years.

    Points for trying Reidy :tophat:
Just over $20 not bad at all
Looks fairly sturdy as well all screwed together.

Looks like you could almost make a tiered HO model display stand by mounting the troughs the other way up :scratchchin:

    Dear Reidy,

Re your "new" workbench may I suggest you consider putting a sheet of thin chipboard on top with chipboard screws, this can then be reversed if the top is too damaged. I have done this with a workshop trolley. In my case it made the trolley stronger and attaching tools to it reduces damage to the original under structure ,

    Regards, Echidna

Carpet tiles are my sacrificial surface, and if you flip them over they also make a good cutting mat
