Printed off some more parts for the Express Parcels van over the weekend. This includes tha van floor, canopy and floor pan in cab. Note the detailed van interior which is intended to be a feature of these types of kits.

While waiting for some more Class 37 Stuff I designed a B4 Bogie ready for the new MK2 Coaches. Still a bit of work to do and some adjustments to be made but good that I can do this now rather then after shelling out endless tooling charges.

It all folds up and follows the design of the prototype. Techniques learned here will be taken forward to the Class 15/17 Bogie.

On closer inspection, I can see some potential clashes with the way these would go together. I'll need to try and work out how to explain it clearly before jumping in Steve but there would maybe need to be a couple of slight changes I think. Let me put my thinking cap on for an explanation. ..... after my dinner..... always better when working on a full tank. :avatar:

These are 0 Gauge, yes there are a couple of Clashes and I am going to make some changes but that's why I did the virtual build.

    Great.

It's just some of the intersections where longitudinal members meet across members. They look a bit awkward but not impossible. Just needs a little further thought.

Yes that's the bit I'm re-thinking. Just testing clearances etc.

BTW can someone please have a look at the 27 Body etches and advise if the axle box covers have the SKF writing featured.

I'm trying to phone Paul to get him to check the physical etches as we speak.

    Cheers

Hi Steve ..... just got Paul. The lettering does not appear to have come through on the etch.

    Hope this helps.

Finally the last two engine kits have been re-introduced with some new 3d printed detail.

These are the 6 cylinder flat Paxman, used to power Fell Diesel, Class 17 and an unusuasl BR conversion of a DEMU, and the 16 Cylinder Class 15 and 16 Engine which would look great as a wagon load posed next to the current RTR model.

For prices and more details, click here: https://www.sbtdevelopments.com/engine-kits
