Does anyone have any oval class 42 warship buffers please. As I am looking for a pair to fit an N Gauge Graham Farish loco. Have tried a few online shops but sadly out of stock. Many thanks, Gloria
Hi Gloria If no one can offer a source, could you not make some from Pins with large heads, for example AIEX 2000 Pieces Sewing Pins Head Pins Fine Satin Pin Straight for Dressmaker Jewelry Craft Sewing Projects (1 inch) Paul
Hi Paul, Thank you ever so much for your reply, i never gave pins a thought will have a look at them. Once again thanks Paul. Kindest regards, Gloria.
As Graham Farish is a Bachmann (Kader) product, have you contacted their spares department in Leicestershire as they'll likely have some if the pins don't turn out to be successful? I do use brass lacemaking pins myself in preference to rivets for valve gear assembly when kitbuilding in 4mm gauge. Keith.
Hi Keith, Yesi contacted Bachmann spoke to a lady in their spares department they don't have any sorry to say. But since my request we have now received a 3d printer for printing models using PLA so maybe able to print them if we can find a programme.see what happens.Thank you all for your help.If we manage to succeed I will let you know. But still looking out for any that maybe surplus to requirements. My kindest and best regards, Gloria.
