Hi there and thankyou for the welcome, I’m about to venture into unknown territory with both 7mm and brass kit building! I’ve seen a great NSR class m build! But I’m going to start small!
Hi Paul- it was your build that I saw which prompted me to join the forum, great loco, bit of a Knotty fan here! Ha
Great ..... another kit build on the go. Feel free to start up your own thread under kit builds. If you could state the loco type in the title it would make things easier for those who follow and are looking for a particular reference to that loco type. Of you already have the kit, you could post up a post in your new thread to let us see what comes with the kit. You've probably already seen the format that most others use. Again, aboard and I hope you enjoy your stay with us. I'll look forward to following your build. Cheers for now Toto
Ghost Train, and a warm to the forum from sunny Dundee By the way like York Paul I'm another ex-Potter in exile I look forward to seeing your build threads, don't forget the piccies. Once again welcome to the forum Paul
Hi Ghost, Glad you like the NSR Adams Class M... actually its going to be a New M as it has the longer bunker with extended frames and modified splashers... like everything I need to get it finished. Its been tested on the rolling road and goes well, only needs the other tank fabricating and the cab forming to shape then al the little bits adding on. Nice to hear you like the Knotty cos in the not too distant future I'm about to start a series of scenic dioramas of Leek station in modular form, there is a lot of design planning going into this one. cheers Yorkie
