One last photo of the underside. There appears to be a circuit board in there. I suspect it's got something to do with the electrical pick ups maybe :scratchchin:

Was that the australian version you bought, better watch out or Gary will want to look after it for you, it being the right up down there.

Looks like the wheels need cleaning

I think it needs a bit more than that. :avatar:an overhaul maybe although it was described as a good runner. Somehow I doubt it.

I think it will be coming apart for a good mot.

    Nice looking model Toto
Must be a kit built one
A good clean up of the chassis/wheels and it will be on the rails again
It may have been Remotered at some stage with that old gear on the other axl

The body looks good in the photo though

I have a zen Buddah for it but I'll need to work out my way into it first. :avatar: I may have a go at it this weekend if I can convince SWMBO that the kitchen desperately needs decorated with the Luib bridge layout.:avatar:

Looks like it might have been an old CCW kit. They did make up into a nice model. Some were white metal and others a mix of white metal and nickel silver.

They went out of business about 20 or so years ago.

A few years ago the business of CCW was bought by a couple who started trading again in Chesterfield, my home town, didn,t last very long though, shame, they made some nice components and kits, I,ve still got some diamond frame bogie sides from them, (somewhere :giggle:).

    Pete.
