and that is the baseboard complete ready to accept the traverser. next on the list is to install the track and Accessory BUS's and install the Cobalts. solder up the track feeds to the Track BUS and wire the cobalts and test.
So electrics is the name of the game for a while. i should easily complete that over the weekend. I might even get a start on my ground signals as well. hoo hooooo.

    Hi Ian,
should be. the biggest problem now is that I really need the weather on my side in order to be able to set up the whole layout and test it as a whole. hope summer treats us favourably or I'll be hiring a hall for a weekend. :avatar:
Anyway, hopefully back on the case again tomorrow night all going well. I'm just taking each day and opportunity at a time.
    cheers

    Thanks Ron,
An unexpected visit to the shed. Lynn was out with the dog with her mum so I got a couple of hours shed time. I'll be on walkie duties tomorrow night..:avatar: This could be a productive weekend coming up as I have the Monday holiday. Hoping to achieve a lot.
    Fingers crossed.

    G`day Paul,

What sort of temperature do you guys call a scorcher????

I`m thinking in terms of packing my suitcase and trying to cover all contingencies.

Bring it on. Working from home tomorrow as the car is in for a service. I have a depressing mass data inputting job to get through. Can't wait.

Maybe get some lovely soldering done tonight ...... Track feeds.

    Cheers
