Just an announcement to expalin that Highbridge has been renamed " Ordgait " due to the discovery that Highbridge already existed as a layout name. It will be featured in next months ( June ) Model Rail. Ordgait - translation means .......... The way to the hammer. cheers toto

Ord River Dam Just a little bit of trivia for the plebs from El Gormo. http://www.clickAdios
Great photograph Gormo. Ordgait ..... Certainly different ......... The way to the hammer. At least if I get a pub to work in I could call it the " hammer and sickle "
Hi Tom, still here but hopefully nearly sorted and ready to move! All been a total PITA due to our buyers solicitor insisting on removing a restriction from our deeds and the slowness of the land Registry!!Still operating Hinchcliffe at work when I get a spare minute, but missing a bigger layout!!Off to watch trainspotting live on BBC4, I'll keep in touch.. CheersRon PS Are you all still Skyping on Friday night?
Hi Ron, Not had a Skype in ages but will get one organised ....... Long overdue. Hope things start moving for you soon.
Scottish system is far better, my young lad and his fiance, looked at a house on the Sunday, put an offer in on the Monday, missives agreed / signed on the friday, and moves in in 4 weeks, 6 weeks in total. Sorry Ron .... youre just on the wrong side o Hadrians wall, for the moment Paul
Did someone mention Ordgait ?? I heard Dr Beeching had reared his ugly head and put a stop on this.... Although Brunel has been raised from the dead and is building a slightly wider gauge railway... Cheers, Gary.
Now funny you should mention that, Toto, could go for a 2 fer here, Standard gauge in 7mm and broad gauge in 4mm, both at 32mm track gauge, quick change of building s and 2 layouts for the price of one, a 2fer. Paul
What a top idea!!!!!..... But hang on????.......that`s really only something you would see on GWR. Are you guys suggesting Toto moves over to enlightenment and follows GWR practice???? http://www.clickIsambard Kingdom Gormo
Ah yes of course I`m sure Toto would be most welcome in GWR circles, especially after embracing dual gauge. I.K.Brunel would be looking on and thinking " At last ......a man with vision!!!".... http://www.clickGormo
Great module mate...the bridge is lazer cut I suspect?, looks awesome...looks like the show stopped here...am I needing to look in another thread for more banter. was hoping to see some scenery work from our humble leader. Cheers for sharing.
Unfortunately Ordgait hit the scrapper a good while ago. The bridge survived seemingly I'm storing it for Toto, amongst a whole lotta other stuff. But you never know what his next project will be, and when he may start it. Paul
