On it's way. A GWR creation but I'll use it regardless. A simple looking kit that will form part of one if Ky naintainence takes. Toto
Strangely I was only two minutes ago (or it might have been three) looking at that very same kit, they do quite a few wagon kits but mainly from the Generally Weird Range... and so for that reason I'm afraid I won't be investing... as they say
Kimbo, That wagon is fantastic but a very detailed build. I think I'd only make a hash of it right now. I may actually go buy one for later though as it is without a doubt one of the more interesting wagons. If bui,t right, I think it would command a lot of attention and interest on any layout. Watch this space. Toto
Hi Yorkie, It may be the Generally Woeful Ranks but I'm sure it could be disguised into a Lovely Masterful Scene version.
Absolutely Toto and you know me .... tongue in cheek coming from he who has a Pannier tank on the workbench. Now given a DW number and suitably weathered this wagon would not be at all out of place in a Brilliantly Reminiscent layout scene
My signal post wagon arrived this morning. It looks pretty good. A relatively basic build only slightly complicated be the number of smaller parts. It wont be built in the immediate future as I have a few ongoing projects on the bench but I could see it being in the short to medium future. Again, intended as part of a potential maintainence train. I'll post pictures of the etches up later. Cheers toto
Right here ...... and the etched parts ...... there is of course a bag of white metal fittings and buffers etc with a selection of lengths of brass rod ets. wheels are purchased separate cheers toto
