      <content:encoded><![CDATA[This is a new category started off under the Permanent way. Just thought I&#039;d kick it off. I&#039;m still finishing a couple of low relief buildings prior to kicking off with the track laying but ballasting will be hot on its heels so I&#039;m putting out the feelers now. I have joined the search for a thread that Gary had previously done on the subject because as usual ..... it was a great starting point.<br />

No immediate rush but hopefully coming in the next few weeks loosely translated into the end of...<br />
